• Health information you choose to disclose — allergies, skin conditions, medication or pregnancy status that you share with us before a procedure. We ask for this solely for your safety, use it only to assess suitability for the procedure, and never share it for marketing.
• Website usage data — standard analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location) collected through cookies by tools such as Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and manage your appointment at our Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City studio.
• To prepare custom designs and provide safe tattoo/piercing services and aftercare guidance.
