These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website sutrantattoo.com and the tattoo and piercing services provided by Su Tran Tattoo at our studios in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Su Tran Tattoo provides custom tattoo design, tattooing, body piercing and related aftercare consultation. All procedures are performed by trained artists using single-use needles and sterilized equipment.

2. Age Requirement

Tattoo and piercing services are provided only to clients aged 18 or over. We may request valid photo ID before a procedure. Some piercing services may be available to minors only with a parent or legal guardian present and written consent, where permitted by law.

3. Appointments & Deposits

• Appointments can be booked through our website, social channels, by phone or at the studio.
• Custom work may require a deposit to secure your session and begin the design. Deposits are applied to the final price.
• If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations, as communicated at booking time.

4. Health & Client Responsibility

• You must truthfully disclose relevant health conditions (allergies, skin conditions, medication, pregnancy) before a procedure.
• Do not come to your session under the influence of alcohol or drugs; we reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
• Healing results depend on you following the aftercare instructions we provide. We offer free touch-up consultation for healed work within the period communicated at your session.

5. Designs & Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Su Tran Tattoo and the artist until the tattoo is completed and paid for. Website content — including text, photos of our work and our logo — belongs to Su Tran Tattoo and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

6. Pricing

Prices depend on size, detail, placement and session time, and are confirmed at consultation before any work begins. Quotes shared online are estimates until confirmed in person.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or infringing content through our forms. Information on the website is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We perform all procedures with professional care and internationally recognized hygiene standards. To the extent permitted by law, Su Tran Tattoo is not liable for complications arising from a client’s failure to disclose health conditions or to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
