Does getting a tattoo hurt?

It’s generally mild to moderate discomfort rather than sharp pain, most clients describe it as a scratching or vibrating sensation. Pain level depends on the placement (bony areas like ribs or ankles are more sensitive), design size, and your personal tolerance. Our artists work efficiently to keep sessions comfortable, and breaks are available for longer pieces.

How long does it take to heal?

Initial healing usually takes about 2-3 weeks, but full healing can take up to 6 weeks. Aftercare is important to avoid infection and ensure proper healing.

Can I bring my own design?

Yes! Most artists are happy to work with your ideas or customize a design for you. Just bring clear references and be open to suggestions for improvements.

Do tattoos fade over time?

Yes, all tattoos fade gradually due to sun exposure, skin aging, and other factors. Proper aftercare and sun protection help maintain color and clarity longer.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome at both our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City studios, though booking ahead is recommended for larger custom pieces or to guarantee a specific artist’s availability.

What hygiene and safety standards do you follow?

We follow strict hygiene and sterilization protocols, using single-use needles and professional-grade sterilized equipment for every client. Our studio spaces are cleaned and disinfected between sessions.

Do both Hanoi and Saigon locations offer the same services?

Yes, both our Hanoi (Old Quarter) and Ho Chi Minh City studios offer the same range of services — custom tattoos across fine line, traditional, and blackwork styles, plus piercings.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo at our studio.

Do you speak English?

Yes, our team speaks English fluently, so international clients can communicate easily throughout the consultation and tattooing process.

Do you offer touch-ups, and are they free?

Yes — we offer a lifetime touch-up warranty with no time limit. If your tattoo ever needs a touch-up, we’ll take care of it free of charge.

What styles do you specialize in?

We have specialized artists across every major style — from fine line and traditional to blackwork, realism, and more — so whatever look you’re going for, there’s an artist on our team who’s an expert in it.

Can I get a tattoo if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

For safety reasons, we don’t tattoo pregnant clients. If you have a medical condition (such as diabetes, blood clotting disorders, or skin conditions), please consult your doctor first and let us know during your consultation.

Do you offer a consultation before booking?

Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your design, placement, size, and pricing before confirming your appointment, so you know exactly what to expect.
